An MBA by training, Tina’s academic foundation is layered and interdisciplinary. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in African American studies, along with formal training in graphic design and art; a combination that uniquely blends human behavior, cultural context, and visual storytelling. Grounded in consumer behavior and research, she approaches branding as both science and art. Her expertise sits at the intersection of culture, human behavior, and strategy, translating data into human-centered narratives that resonate across sectors. Through her 20+ year career, she has designed brand ecosystems and communication frameworks that connect organizations to the people they serve in meaningful, measurable ways.

Her global lens sharpens her insight into emerging trends, helping brands position themselves with authenticity in an increasingly connected and digital world.
Outside of her professional life, Tina embraces beauty in all its forms — from solo adventures abroad to art-filled afternoons, adult jazz dance class, live music, fine wine, and unforgettable meals shared across cultures. She delights in creating spaces where conversation flows and laughter lingers, believing that joy, movement, and connection are essential ingredients to a meaningful life. And in her favorite role of all, she proudly answers to “rich auntie” — just ask her niece.
